Supervision

I offer one on one and group supervision with licensed and credentialed providers (therapists, social workers, coaches, etc).

My approach to supervision is:

  • trauma-informed

  • culturally humble

  • relational

  • deeply nuanced

I’m here to support your unique professional development as you support others and welcome the full complexity of who you are, beyond your professional identity. Understanding how to do this work while making space for our authentic and expansive selves is tough, and I wholeheartedly believe that we aren’t meant to do it alone!

“We’re not meant to do this work alone …”

Training + Consultation

I work with an array of organizations, institutions, studios, and communities on increasing trauma awareness and sensitivity.

  • We start with a deep dive into what exactly trauma is (spoiler: it’s more complicated that it appears!), how it manifests and how it lives in our brains, bodies and relationships.

  • Then we learn about what we can do to address the complexity of trauma.

  • Participants will walk away with tangible action steps that can be implemented right away, within their unique scope of practice.

Each training is tailored towards the individual and collective needs of attendees and feedback is always welcomed along the way. I offer introductory 3-6 hour sessions, as well as comprehensive foundational trainings through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment.

  • "Anna was a FANTASTIC trainer."

“Anna was a FANTASTIC trainer. She is animated, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable (I've had 8hr trainings that felt longer than this 20hr TSY one). Her way of explaining concepts was thorough yet concise. Her demonstrations of TSY were most helpful in understanding the language/applicability of TSY. I would definitely recommend trainings by Anna to others.”

  • "... Anna is a wonderful teacher."

“I think Anna is a wonderful teacher. She is knowledgeable and has humility. She genuinely wants to keep learning and it shows. Her enthusiasm and reverence for this material is contagious.”

  • "The session was truly enlightening..."

“We invited Anna to Wheaton College to lead a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Workshop and it was a huge success! The session was truly enlightening for students as we learned more about how trauma affects our body and how we can heal from it. We hope to invite Anna back-again soon!”
