“Movement never lies. It is a barometer telling the state of the soul’s weather to all who can read it.”

~ Martha Graham

Looking for support outside of “talk therapy”?

I work one on one with individuals and host an array of group offerings.

Individual Sessions

We’ll start with an intake session so that:

  1. You can make sure I’m the right fit for what you’re looking for

  2. I can learn more about who you are and what you’re looking to get from our work together.

Our first session will also include a conversation about:

  • your previous experience with movement

  • what has and hasn’t been helpful to you in the past

  • types of movement and areas of your body that are off limits and those that could use some extra attention.

Once our intake is complete, we’ll schedule a movement session in which we can try a few different techniques and exercises and see which resonate with you and which don’t. From there, we’ll start to collaboratively build a personalized movement practice that you can do on your own or that we can continue to do together.

Group Offerings

I teach Trauma Sensitive Yoga Series, trauma-informed yoga classes and Authentic Yoga Flow workshops.

  • Learning to move with physical limitations and injuries”

    Whatever your intention is,

it will be honored through this individualized process.

“This program was amazing and helped my mental state more than I could explain. Anna is amazing, kind, understanding, and the most grounding person I have ever met. I always felt welcome and wanted, for the first time in my life I felt like I belong somewhere. Everyone who has anxiety, depression, guilt, fear, stress, or any other concerning feelings should be encouraged to take this class.”
