Our first session will focus on gathering information about who you are, what you’re looking to get from our work together, and collaboratively deciding on a treatment plan. Sometimes we get this all done in 1 session and other times it may take a few extra sessions to cover everything.

We’ll decide together whether to meet weekly or biweekly and also how best to structure our time together. Your input is always welcomed and we’ll keep checking in as our work progresses to ensure that we are moving in the right direction.

The cost of a session is:

• $175 for individual sessions

• $225 for couples sessions

• $80-$150 for movement sessions

• $175 for Supervision sessions

Payment is due at the time of our session and will be collected using a HIPAA compliant platform.

I conduct my sessions virtually on a HIPAA compliant platform. The link will be emailed to you once we schedule our initial session.

If you need to cancel your session for any reason, I ask for at least a 24 hours notice. No shows and late cancelled will be subject to a fee of $100.

Due to the part-time nature of my practice and my additional professional roles, I am unable to offer between session support.
